Ultra-Precision Calibration at euspen 2026

Eitzenberger participated in the euspen Conference & Exhibition 2026 in Kraków, presenting its solutions for ultra-precision air bearing systems to an international audience of experts from industry and academia.

The event provided an excellent platform for discussing current developments, technological challenges, and future requirements in precision engineering. Conversations at our booth focused on applications involving ultra-precision air bearing systems and their role in advanced measurement and positioning technologies. As part of the conference program, Wolfram Meyer delivered a pitch presentation on the calibration of ultra-precision rotary tables. Among the topics presented was the achievement of a measurement stability of just 0.0002 arcseconds over a full 360° rotation—an impressive example of the accuracy requirements in modern precision metrology.
